Online Payments, Tenant Screening & Maintenance Requests

RENTCafé is a nationwide  internet service that enables renters to complete an application and pay the application fee online.  

TO APPLY:  Each applicant 18 years of age or older must go through the process of the screening on Rent Cafe along with completing and signing the top portion of the Employment Verification form and Landlord Reference form located below.  You may email these two forms to me along with a copy of your driver's license and two most recent pay stubs at julie@a-zrealestate.net

After you've  settled into your new home, you can return to RENTCafé's  Resident Services Portal to review your account profile, pay your rent online and submit maintenance requests.
