- Flat rate Refi documents (up to 2 signers) $175
- Flat rate Seller documents (up to 2 signers) $150
- $2.50 for each additional mile over 20 miles
- $35 for each additional signer.
- Fee to include document printing and dropping at FedEx/UPS
- Office Pickup and Drop off available upon request. (Additional fee may apply depending on office location)
ALL OTHER NOTARIZATIONS
- $15 per signer, per document
- $2.50 per mile from office (Covers time and travel)
- $50 minimum fee per visit
